We’ll bring in a designer to provide staging recommendations for your home. The more buyers your home appeals to, the faster it will sell—and for the most money (the equity increase for a staged house over those which are not staged is nearly 6%). Whether your home needs a simple paint consult or a total overhaul, staging works wonders to heighten the allure of your home.
After your home is staged, we’ll have a professional photographer take interior and exterior photos using a proprietary processing system called HDReal. These magazine-quality images will be used to create the virtual tour of your home, and we’ll include them in your brochures and eFlyers. In some cases we will also utilize drone photography and 3-D walkthroughs. Our photography shows off your home in its best possible light to draw in maximum numbers of prospective buyers.

So we bring in a licensed appraiser to measure your home to confirm accurate room dimensions. - Market Update This is our one-of-a-kind market update service. While your house is on the market, we’ll set you up to receive automatic email alerts every time a nearby home comes on the market, goes under contract, or sells in your neighborhood. You’ll be able to follow what’s happening with other homes similar to yours.
- Broker Feedback Whenever an agent shows your home, we’ll contact them to request comments, criticisms and buyer reactions. Then we’ll email you the information we receive. Your agent will discuss the feedback with you and will make any necessary changes to the selling strategy of your home. All of your feedback will be uploaded to your personal web page for you to view anytime.
While your home is on the market and available for showings to interested buyers, we secure your home with a SentriLock electronic lockbox. Most real estate agents in the area just use consumer-grade lockboxes from the hardware store for the keys to your home. Unfortunately, they are not very secure. The code to open the box is static; it remains the same, and is quite often the agent’s initials or an easy to remember numeric sequence. Our SentriLock lockboxes have dynamic entry codes. The codes change daily, automatically, and are unique for each showing. There is very little chance that a bad actor can reuse a code to break into your home. Our Listing Agreements Can Be Cancelled
The hesitation of many sellers about entering into a long term listing agreement is justified. Many agents try to lock sellers into a one year or longer agreement. This only benefits the agent, not the seller.
Our listing agreements are written as a six month contract with the provision that it may be cancelled by either party. That is, you can fire us.
